Return & Refund Policy
At El Bombero USA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the collectible nature of our products and the sale of tobacco products, the following return policy applies.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order deposits may be canceled for a full refund within 3 days of purchase. After the 3-day cancellation period, all pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
Estimated release, shipping, and delivery dates are projections and may change due to production, manufacturing, shipping, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tobacco Products
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, cigars and other tobacco products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, except where required by law. No returns are accepted for tobacco products in perfect working order.
Collector’s Call Box & Accessories
Unused, non-tobacco merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
No returns are accepted for accessories that are in perfect working order. Returns are only considered in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact El Bombero USA within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by El Bombero USA.
Age-Restricted Products
Tobacco products are sold only to customers who meet all applicable federal, state, and local minimum-age requirements. Orders that cannot be completed because age verification requirements are not satisfied may be canceled in accordance with applicable law and our payment-processing policies.
