El Bombero means “The Firefighter” in Spanish. It is a premium cigar brand created as a tribute to the fire service: the brotherhood, the sacrifice, and the pride that come with wearing the badge. Every piece in the collection draws on the tools, symbols, and traditions of the fire service, from the Firefighter Call Box to the accessories that go with it.

El Bombero USA was founded by Daniel Nina, a New Jersey professional firefighter who has served with the Elizabeth Fire Department since 2012 and is also a cigar lounge owner. The brand is the result of more than five years of development and was built around four values: honor, pride, sacrifice, and tradition.

343 is the number of New York City firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. It appears throughout the El Bombero collection as a permanent reminder that they will never be forgotten.

The Call Box is a collector’s cigar box inspired by the fire alarm call boxes that have stood on American streets for generations. It holds 12 premium cigars and ships with El Bombero cigars inside. It was designed to be more than packaging: a conversation piece for the station or the table, a gift for a firefighter you respect, and a tribute to those who answer the call.

Every Call Box ships with 12 ultra premium, handmade El Bombero box-pressed cigars:

Its presentation brings together the call box, the 343 tribute, and the premium tobacco story in one design.

Cigars keep best at roughly 65 to 70 percent relative humidity and 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. If you plan to keep your cigars for more than a few weeks, we recommend storing them in a humidor and keeping the Call Box on display.

Yes. Federal law requires you to be at least 21 to purchase tobacco products, and every order on this site is subject to age verification. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded. An adult who is 21 or older must also sign for any delivery that contains cigars.

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history, track shipments, and save your addresses for next time.

Yes. A confirmation email is sent shortly after you place your order, and a second email with tracking is sent when it ships. If you do not see the confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes or cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped. After it ships, the Return Policy applies.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you place your order.

We currently ship within the United States. Because cigars are a tobacco product, some states and localities restrict direct shipments of tobacco to consumers. If we are unable to ship an order to your address, we will let you know and refund you in full. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes, for any order that contains cigars. The carrier requires the signature of an adult who is 21 or older and will not leave the package unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will usually make another attempt or hold the package for pickup. Accessory-only orders do not require a signature.

Because orders with cigars require an adult signature, we recommend using a street address where an adult 21 or older can sign. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may not be able to accept signature-required tobacco shipments.

Each Call Box is packed to protect both the box and the cigars inside. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

First check with other members of your household and your neighbors, and look for a carrier notice; signature-required packages are sometimes held at a local facility. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier and then contact us within 7 days so we can help you file a claim and work on a resolution.

Accessories (the cutter, travel case, challenge coin, and gift set) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Cigars and the Call Box, which ships with cigars inside, are final sale because they contain tobacco. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is replaced or refunded at no cost to you. No. Cigars are a tobacco product and cannot be returned once they have shipped, and the Call Box is sold as a complete set with its cigars. If your Call Box or cigars arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Email ElBomberoUSA@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the address to ship to. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or contact us and we will remove you. You will still receive emails about your orders.

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order, verify your age, and stay in touch if you have asked us to. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
